after an excellent dispay on saturday, we face VCD again tonight.

things havn't changed since the last match thread. VCD are still a very strong team, still top of their league (also level 8 )by some margin, and are a threat.

but we are still on an impressive unbeaten run, and there is a momentum about us.

only one winner tonight, so yet again it's all about who turns up mentally.

COME ONE YOU MOOOOLES

and oh yes, just seen this morning the winner tonight faces a trip to either Leighton or North Greenford in the next round.

we can win either of those games too. lets just make sure we get there.

Ain't football brilliant? Speechless, fantastic result, 2nd half we made them look very ordinary, don't think the Ryman league is a good standard if that's their top team.

Sonny French back to his best, Jerome Federico a constant danger and Matt Hall as cool as you like.

A good win, nice to see we can play a more defensive style.
"2nd half we made them look very ordinary" Think that's because they was Jools

what a way to finish, brilliant goal, and brilliant celebrations

over the two legs we deserved it, was close run at times (and secretly i thought it wasnt going to be our night when we missed the penalty) but we f'kin did it!

good to finally meet jools and mike properly too.

cheers

What an excellent game especially the second half. VCD are a nice footballing team but for periods in the second half we were spectacular and Jerome was just taking them on for fun!! great goal to win the game from Matty and a superb celebration form all the lads!!!

What a brilliant match last night was..thought both teams were excellent in 1st half but fc went up another gear to batter them for 20 mins..vcd then came back and was looking the team more likely to find the winner until fc got a 2nd wind and came up with a brilliant winner by Matt..has to be the best match i have witnessed at hardwood way.
