just for a bit of fun as we enter the last game of the season;

anyone care to share their;

1) Best home game of the season:
the Derby game would be an obvious choice. but then i remember that scoring 5 against st ives was an amazing feeling especially after such a long long loosing spell. im going to choose that game against St Ives Town - i just knew that result, combined with a draw we managed a week or two before, singalled the start of a come back under Mr Bateman

2) Best away trip of the season:
hmm split between VCD away and the Derby match with the D*cks. chalfont was a great away trip aswell. i think i might have to go for the derby game, incredible atmopshere, the smoke bomb, the songs, the banter and the sunshine made it an epic day. and the players loved it as well. you could hear them singing in the changing room as we headed off.

3) Worst/lowest moment of the season:
marlow away, midweek back in november - one of the poorest, lowest efforts ive ever seen. if one day we end up in the premier league and the away fans sing "where were you when you were sh1t"... well ....i was there.  Laughing

4) Special mention moments:
i thought Craig F coming along to stand with us at Beconsfield the week after he stepped down was a really good touch. great guy, shame it wasnt working for that loosing streak we went on.
also its worth mentioning, that i have loved my first full season behind the goal with the Drummer Boys. all of them top top guys. - "if we got points for singing we'd be top"

5) Desires for next season:
playoffs, or at least in that battle for a playoff place. worrying about relegation is no fun and no good for our attendances.
plus, we CANNOT/MUST NOT loose our 100% record over the d*cks. playing them is a cup final in itself. winning the derby games is a must

---------------
p.s. ive not asked for your player of the season etc. as we have the awards night for that

1) Best home game of the season:
I really enjoyed yesterday, I thought we would beat the Ducks here but didn't expect Slough result. Think VCD here was the best tbh

2) Best away trip of the season:
Ducks away was good fun as we went there in poor form and they were doing well. Love any trip to Marlow, fave ground by far - looks like a Northern non-league ground.

3) Worst/lowest moment of the season:
North Greenford in the Trophy, winning on 83 minutes, 7 minuteds later we were out of the cup against a team we should have beaten easily

4) Special mention moments:
Just getting to know some people at the game I didn't know too well before; Chatty, Chris, Warren, Will and the Drummer Lads to name a few.

5) Desires for next season:
Challenging for the play offs and a decent FA Cup run would be great

Ok here's mine

1) Best home game of the season:

I have to say that although I was very nervous against the Ducks it's a toss up between the 'El Quackico' and the Slough game yesterday, I know we won both ad they were big games but the banter with the oppsition for me always makes the game

2) Best away trip of the season:
Been on a few, not all :-) but my favourite was Chalfont "Ben is gonna get you!!"

3) Worst/lowest moment of the season:
Shortwood at home in the Cup - we needed the money as much as anything and the way we capitulated was not good to watch

4) Special mention moments:
"The Drummer Boys" need more of them BUT they make the games when they are on top form!!!!

5) Desires for next season:
Beat the Ducks and be in with a shout of the Play Offs

1) Best home game of the season:
I would have to say that beating the ducks at home was definitely one of my favourite games, because it sealed us doing the double over Leighton United, and proved we are the only team in aylesbury. Also thoroughly enjoyed, slough town, VCD in the cup, and then st Ives because we saw 5 goals!!!

2) Best away trip of the season:
Obviously would be voting for the leighton United reverse with the smoke bomb and how loud we were! And that was with the old drum. But I would actually have to vote the away trip to egham that me and few other drummers went to! Friendly place to go, lovely little stadium that was tucked away and a very solid 1-0 win during the early start of the Bateman revolution!

3) Worst/lowest moments of the season:
Probably the awful run of games we went on at the beginning of the season were we couldn't get a point if we paid for them. Tough times for the club and looked like we were set for doom and gloom for the season, but hasn't that turned around!

4) Special mention moments:
I would have to say the incredible following we have had at most away games! When teams come to our ground their is rarely any following, but I feel that we have been great on the road for some of the distances that we have had to travel. Also special mention to everyone at the club, jools, will, mike, wendover scott, Rosanna, Danny, warren, chatty and anyone else I've forgotten, thank you for making this club one of my most loved clubs, closely behind tottenham! And thank you for accepting us and we will keep singing our hearts out for the lads next year! Also special mention to Steve, Fraser and the whole team for such an incredible end to the season, especially with the 10 games unbeaten!!!

5) Desires for next season:
A nice cup run and hopefully play off finish would be perfect, even maybe automatic promotion as a dream! Also would love to see us hit between 100 and 200 fans week in week out next season!

Can I add another? 6) Goal of the season:
Has to be either lamar's goal when he ran from our own half and buried it against VCD at their place, or the 90th minute winner from Matt Hall before he sadly left against VCD to send us into the next round!!

[quote="Wendover_Scott"]just for a bit of fun as we enter the last game of the season;

anyone care to share their;

1) Best home game of the season:
My best home game has to be doing the double over the ducks at our ground, how brilliant was it seeing there faces and the realisation that the moles are here to stay, a very close second for me has to be beating st ives 5.1 we was on a poor run and that win came from no where

2) Best away trip of the season:
for me my best away trip of season has to be chalfont away, 90 mins of non stop singing and willing the lads over the line to get our first win in a while, loved it when walked into the bar at chalfont and it was rammed full of moles fans and one poor old chalfont fan sitting at the back. ( SINCE I WAS YOUNG ) lol!

3) Worst/lowest moment of the season:
the worst moment for me of the season was when i dropped my sausage out of my hot dog on the opening game of the season lol Basketball only kidding its got to be shortwood at home fa cup match and we got well and truly spanked by them

4) Special mention moments:
my special moment to go be when we beat the ducks at home and danny martone walking over to us singing lot shouting my home my ground, loved it,
its been a really up and down season and the loyalty of the fans has been amazing through thick and thin if we are there home and away, i have loved every minute singing with the drum lads and scott ,phil and nick week in week out and long may that continue, and people like barry,april and Db ,chatty, mr f and jools and my banter with rosanna been quality, love the aylesbury fc family  Very Happy

5) Desires for next season:
NO BLOODY FLOODING LOL, would love a good cup run and top finish in top 6, plus start to push this club forward now so we can start getting more fans through the gate,

1) Best home game of the season:
I loved the beating we gave the Ducks, but for me its the game against St Ives when we won 5-1 (I think). As we went into the game expecting to lose but we showed character and it put our season back on track

2) Best away trip of the season:
Got to be my first game of following the mighty Moles against those groundless Ducks. Great banter, and of course phase 1 of the 3-1 wins.

3) Worst/lowest moment of the season:
The game against Shortwood, as it was clear to me that if big changes didn't happen then it could only get worst

4) Special mention moments:
When I first starting following the club this season, I wasn't quite sure. But because of the friendliness of everyone involved in the club, and the desire to make this club the not just the best in the league but the best in the country (ok maybe pushing that one), then I could quite possibly just walked away. So THANK YOU ALL for making my first season so enjoyable and already buzzing for the pre-season.

5) Desires for next season:
Helping the club out where I can and seeing the club promoted next season. As I think if we continue with the drive and character we showed in the 2nd half of the season, then promotion will be ours
