A big thank you

Thank you to all who attended the quiz night!

These events are getting more popular and it looks as though we are going to have to start ticketing them so we don't get short of chairs!

So we can keep an idea of how we are doing, please can we have some feedback about the quizzes we have done and what you think? Questions too easy/difficult? What do you think of the format, 8 ten question rounds, a bigger 20 question music round and the bonus picture/puzzle round? Did you like the puzzle round we did last night or would you prefer a picture round?

Enjoyed by all my team..any race night plans..would be nice that the players formed a team instead of having a party in the bar..

The players have apologised to Danny for being so rowdy! I'm sure if there had been space for them they would have joined in while they were there but as they knew they were going at half time anyway they decided against it. Plus the lads (and manager!) were still in high spirits after the afternoons game.
We were going to have a race night but the only time there would have been was 6th December, and being so close to Christmas we didn't think people would want to pay out for fish and chips and then their bets through the night as well. We will try and get one planned after that.

When's the next event Vicki?

Halloween party is 25th October (details to be arranged and posted in the club and facebook/Twitter/website/here) Then the next quiz night is 6th December with a christmas theme.
Hopefully we may have the youth quiz night middle of November if the diary allows (I know the 15th is a no go but maybe the weeks before or after that). All the questions aimed at the under 14s. And then if that goes well then we may do more. Xx
