Result from today

Well today was like two halfs.

Let's start with the football part of it. It was dier if I'm being polite about it, and incredibly frustrating. Where's the team that started the season? I know that there were players out but we have got a decent squad.

Come on boys, we know you can play better than that. We can't change the last few games but we can definitely change the future fixtures. COYM.

The second part I mentioned was the crowd. What a turn out today, to support the team and bring our future supporters down to the club. Well done Will for organsing and bringing so many families down to watch football (well it was loosely). Sure they will come back, as they can see its a great community club

I know we were short on numbers but that was woeful, we struggled to win a header yet it seemed to me that we played it in the air most of the time, we really missed our absentees today. Several  former players and one or two others watching today (I wont tell you the keeper I saw in case it gives you nightmares)

wasn't great on the pitch but off the pitch it was a fantastic day for our club, I've had phone calls from several people at bedgrove dynamos and their chairmen saying they will be back and that the kids really loved it , we will be doing a bedgrove dynamos day out again in the near future ,

The parents were chuffed that the players were having photos with the kids after the match and signing match day programmes ,
Result aside was a fantastic day ,

Let's keep the faith still along way to go yet , once we get several key players back from injury table and suspensions I'm certain results will come

I thought mAtch today was as bad it could be. A mate from work came today, only his 2nd game after the FA Cup El Quackico, he wasn't impressed. Nuff said.

Woeful performance yesterday..only a few weeks ago we was raving about the team and what strength we have in depth..not any more..Unfortunately the absentees were defenders/defensive mids and the gk.Defence looked very shaky early on and that continued for the rest of the match.Need some fresh faces quick and move some on as well to get back to winning ways.
well done will ..let's hope the families come back.

As has been said thanks to Will Att was over 300 and based on the reaction I had after the game a lot will come back, they had a great time in fact some were still in the bar at 10pm!!!!

was definatly great to see a boost in atendance on saturday, however...

that was honestly just absoloulty awfull.

nothing really hapenned up to the point that they scored and then we just went to absolute peices.

only positive i can think of is how we came out of the blocks at the beginning of the second half, got an early goal... but then just went back to peices.

bedford fans rightly over the moon with that result. we were woefull.

team needs to look at itself... we were second in the league and in the space of 2 terrible league games (and a cup game) we've sucessfully thrown that away and given ourselves the very hard task of pulling points back to get near the top again.

next saturday is a big away game that us, the fans, are really looking forward to. lets hope something happens in training this week that gets the players to fighting and playing good football again.

I personally think we have a player that needs to drop to a lower level for the remainder of the season  and a senior player that needs to decide if he really wants to play for us, his form seems poor as does his time keeping.

Take no notice of these former Grammar school boys Scott, they only seem to attend MM cup games

Lol. I was top of the class at spelling. I knew that in later life it would be handy. I thought it was the BB cup. Damn if I'd of known it was the MM cup I would have skipped it. See you in Daventry tomorrow night DB. Or maybe the garden needs hoeing ;-)

Hmm, I have a good idea of the player who needs to drop to a lower level. Not sure about the senior player - not that I would ever undermine players on this forum.

I havn't mentioned anyones name, and if someone thinks I'm talking about them they should jolly well buck up their ideas
