great result by the lads and great to see Hauley back on the score sheet and Aston continuing his run of form. Next week is massive and then a number of winnable if not tricky games against lower to mid table teams. I am actually quite excited :-) didn't know what to expect today against an always tricky Rugby who will end up there or there abouts!!

Jordan, much as I think of you as a terrific lad who I will always look out for, you don't 'arf talk some drivel on this website when it comes to Aylesbury United. For a Club that has allegedly been "forgotten" in the town, it is strange that they have a youth set up in Aylesbury that runs from U18s down to to U5s, a Women's Team, a "Walking Football" set up for the over-50s and they are enabling some of the local special needs kids the opportunity to play competitive football (and no childish remarks from any of you on this last one). For the first time in my lifetime it's a true community club.

By all means have a pop at us - supporting a football club's based on banter, schadenfreude and downright bigotry imo - just make sure that, as an intelligent lad, you get your facts right when slagging us off.

MLC I know the set up of the club very well, don't worry, you know I always listen to the advice that you have given me! But I see it as disgusting behaviour that a post on the ducks forum is entirely based on one of the nicest men in the town and its not nice to see, and as the others see, it's a bit of fishing, I know the club is still big in the town, and I have great respect for all the work they do with the girls teams, as I am a part time coach at one of the levels. But seeing the "abuse" on there just isn't the best of reads!

Jordan, I have to agree with you regarding the abuse Jools took on our website. The irony is, the lad making the initial comments at our end is one of our better ones (a genuine, funny bloke who loves his club like you lot love yours). Even stranger, JT is the one lad we all seem to have full respect for.

Delighted to hear that you have got involved at coaching - hope you're better at it than I was!
