Tough one tomorrow, it's not a ground we do particularly well on and they have 3 or 4 new signings to help their PO push. The pitch has got quite a slope on it and from recollection I think Barton like to kick down the hill last, we may need an air raid siren! I think I'd like to see our full backs stay in our own half for a while, at least until we've had a decent look at them. The emphasis is very much on them to win the game, guess I'd settle for a draw atm.

Who's coming over ?

I was looking at our results against the top teams and, Kettering aside, its been very good. We lost to Royston away and that is it. These have the best home record in the division. A point wouldn't be a disaster but I hope SB doesn't go for the draw and goes all out for the win.

Lots of games over Easter and we need to win them all to get that important 2nd place

According to the BH Steve fancies winning the last six, why not? I didn't know he was on twitter !

Awful, awful game. FC weren't great, Barton were marginally better. Weather made football of any quality impossible. Completely forgettable.

A game that you would wish you were at home washing your hair, both teams not good. I just wish our striker would get on with the game and stop whinging at the ref and winding him up, in the end he doesnt give anything our way at all Embarassed

I didn't think we were that bad, poor marking for the goal, but some nice movement at times and we had a few chances in the first half but just couldn't finish. It was always going to be a tough game and that's exactly what we got, unfortunately this time we lost. Weathers was my MoM with a couple of cracking saves.

Mightily tough writing the match report, I did highlight those chances plus the brilliant save from Weatherill . 2nd half was particularly dire.

In the first 5 or 6 mins of the 2nd half I'm not too sure that the ball came into our half once. Credit to Barton, they did a good job.
