As I am sure you are all aware, I have taken up the role as kitman and one thing I have noticed is that the club needs a washing machine and dryer, so we can carry out our own washing and drying of our fantastic new kits. Its not just the first team that would benefit from a washing machine, but also the Academy and both U18 sides. The club lost a lot of money last year replacing kit and being able to do the laundry in house will help us protect the kit better and save the club vital funds!
So, it was suggested to me that we start a just giving page to see if we can raise enough funds to help aid the club in saving and making money!
We are also in need of a new fryer for Mr Fish, we did think we got lucky last week with the addition of a free fryer but it seems the fryer does not want to work! (You may have heard the screaming on Saturday
)
I would like to get the club a washing machine, tumble dryer and a twin fryer. As mentioned above, the washer and dryer will save the club money and the fryer will help reduce the line of people waiting for food at the teabar and in turn help the club make more money.
I have 30 days to raise £500 to fund the purchase of all three pieces of equipment, this is set by just giving.
Please if you can spare any amount of money to help achieve the target, it will be greatly appreciated by all at the club. There is no pressure to donate as I understand everyone does their bit for the club, but again we would really appreciate any support you can provide to help achieve the goal.
