massive game, its going to take a really special performance to win this - and i'm gutted that i'm going to miss out on the chance of seeing it happen

I would LOVE to progress in the competition

also a shame to see Price is still out, he had an excellent start to the season

I thought that was our best performance of the season, we were the better team, good performances from everyone, I really enjoyed watching Brian tussling with their centre back. If I'm honest I'm just a tad disappointed we didn't win it, we had enough chances to.
By most accounts Chesham should have had a penalty for a handball late on, I didn't see it Laughing
Roll on Tuesday, and a real chance to watch an FA Cup upset live and exclusive  cheers

From where I was sat it looked a stone wall pen, but I have it on good honest authority that the ball hit Dobbo's chest and not hand, cracking referring Very Happy

Hated seeing Brad in another teams strip, really want him back! Sad

reeeally looking forward to tonight's game

as far as I could tell on twitter we really seemed to have applied a lot of pressure on Chesham at points and seemed to have played well

lets hope that momentum continues through to tonight

COME ON YOU MOLES!!! cheers

I think the emphasis is on them coming out and trying to win it, on our little pitch and with the amount of fouls they gave away on Saturday I wouldn't be in the least surprised if they don't have one or two players walking a red card tightrope tonight, Chesham looked poor in the air defensively, can we can win this game from a set play Question

Very disappointed. We got kicked and slapped around and let them do it. It was only part way through the 2nd half way that FC realised they could kick back. Chesham could have been 4-0 at half time and it wouldn't have been a surprise. Not one shot on target from FC the whole game tells the story.

Good to see Bradley back although he had a very quiet game, a bit like on the play off run last year.

Agree jools from what I see in first half we was poor , 2nd best all over the park ,
The goals given away were Sunday league goals , sloppy defending and bad goal keeping ,

I like weathers but does he need competition ?? kicking was dreadful and he looked low in confidence , we all know he's a fantastic keeper maybe a bit of competition will bring the very best out of him .

On wards and up wards I guess , no cup run but still got a league to challenge for

Very disappointing night for me..display was very lacklustre. As someone has said already they was soft goals to concede. Weather's looks a different gk this season..friend bought his mate last night and commented though u said the gk was good!"

Left back was his normal self..another poor outing!
Even when we scored we never put them under pressure..

Still very frustrated this morning, I was looking forward to that bus trip to Bristol!
Nobody showed up last night, I don't recall us having a shot on target.
Credit to Chesham, they were solid and probably left thinking that was easier than it should have been.
My concerns from yesterday were how physically outmatched we were, aif we hopefully achieve our target of going up, we will face that physicality week in week out.

what a way to whimper out of the cup - very frustrating.... Evil or Very Mad

useless first half, and improved but still second best in second half.

going to need a real kick up the arse for a very tough game on saturday...

We all knew it was going to be a tough ask, they are a league above and unlike Saturday they looked it.  They played the weak ref very well, that elbow on Brian should have been a straight red and Hayles led a charmed life, he really should of had 3 yellows, well done to them though and good luck for the next round.
Weathers wobbles are getting a little bit too frequent for my liking but he's been a great player for us and I wouldn't like to lose him, hopefully Steve and his coaches can get him through this.
The last 3 games have been against higher league opposition and we've only let in 3 goals, lets hope we've learnt something from them as we return to our easy peasy league programme, away at top of the league Diamonds, give them a good stuffing and everything in the garden will be rosey again  Wink
