Really can't see Glyn doing a decent job..Think he was the best of a bad bunch that applied.

Greg Williams would have been my man to get Ducks back to their rightful position in the Conference which they graced for one season a quarter of a century ago.

Haha, they must be choking on their worthers Twisted Evil
I think the fact that they could have appointed him when TJ left, but they chose not to speaks volumes. I feel a bit sorry for him already, the new manager no one wants Sad
Maybe the 21C boys with all the power they have voted him in Laughing

It's all about entertainment and your clubs like a comic relief special this season (except you can't raise any money) Laughing

Haha and now they go and get smashed Laughing
I've been pondering this since the announcement, do you think he might be a patsy to take them down to the Hellenic? It would ease the finances somewhat, only problem is you might need some dopey fans to hoodwink, I wonder where they might find them Wink

Hmm ....20 points before Crimbo, he's failed.
16 points and one game left, only a possible 19 by my reckoning, I wonder what they'll do?  If he goes I guess it will be this week, looking at the fixtures they might give him utill the Egham game on the 16th Jan, (they have a busy schedule) but will it be too late by then ?
Anyone heard of any managers watching them ?

Heard about Ducks' boss: he knows loads about local non-league but if he only has a certain budget who can he attract to the club? They're out of the relegation places and I think staying out of them is their main objective of the season. For me he's safe at the moment.

You're probably right Jools, second from bottom should keep them in this league, if thats what they want,(what they really really want)
When they moved to Thame they said that it opened up real opportunities for the club to move forward, getting money from the home bar take, sponsorship blah blah..  I don't think that has worked, in fact I think it may have flopped, I don't think they can sustain this level of football
Are they getting ready to drop a level  like TJ did a few years ago?, cheaper wage bills and higher league positions might keep them going for a few more years (while the secret Aylesbury ground talks continue.Wink )
