So, who is braving the freezing conditions and coming over to Wantage tomorrow night to cheer on the boys?

I pretty sure we are going, I really hope it's not as cold as Saturday, I was chilled to the marrow.
What I really need is one of them nice big coats that everyone else seems to have (before the summer ) tongue

I was so busy chuckling to myself last night that I didn't notice that my last post made no sense and was probably a bit cryptic.
Your coat must be on the same elephant express delivery as mine and a few others Baz.

In a true Rolf Harris style;
Did you think I would leave you crying?
When there's room on my horse for two
Climb up here, Baz we'll soon be flying
I can go just as fast with two.

I have a "new" car called Gold Thomas, but it looks silver in the dark, same place as last time, your end of Dunsham lane 6-610 pm, we have a full house and you get to sit next to a lovely lady. cheers

Great win for FC. Diabolical refereeing. O'Toole deserved sending off but they also deserved red. Can tell Wantage are where they are in the league. Class told in the end.

Funny how games turn out, I went over there with a carefree attitude, like I was watching a junior/reserve game, not bothered if we won or lost and sat down for the whole game, one of our players was so bad defensively in the first half that I'm not prepared to mention his name. The second half was all about the ref, the only thing he got right was O'Ts "tackle" and from where I was watching it was worth 2 reds. It was the most incompetent half of refereeing I think I have ever seen, I don't know if an assessor has the power to abandon or swap refs but if one was watching he may well have felt he had to do something, blatant fouls going unpenalized, left right and centre  I'm pretty sure I saw BB catch the ball two handed in his midrift and on at least two occasions with our player (I think it might have been Jammas both times) on the floor needing attention he chose to speak to the offender first before looking at our player, showing a total disregard for players safety which enraged me so much it took all my self control not to step over the three foot high wall and chin him, I'm honestly not a violent person and was sober as a judge! I spoke to him afterwards and asked him if he considered that half to be his worst performance ever and he told me he's been much worse than that Shocked
Perhaps he has a very dry sense of humor.
You couldn't fault Wantages efforts, their players tried hard but they was absolutely sh*te, I'd like to think that wasn't their first team because if it was I'd even bet on those useless d*cks to get a comfortable win over there.
I thought Monty had a cracker of a game.
Football is all about opinions, I think we all know I love sharing mine cheers

That ref was beyond incompetent. When Jammers is laid on the ground in pain (and injury that forced him to be subbed) and the ref is too busy trying to find the player and seemly congratulate him was enraging.
Still, another win and a semi final too look forward to.
Thought it was a really good turn out by the FC fans, considering the journey on a dark wet Tuesday night, more of us then them!
Stand out players for me last night:
Jonny Mont (seem to say that after every game)
Aston
Ben Bateman

All the comments on this subject are fab.
However gotta love DB's version of events.
Might have to tap him up to write the alternative version of our match reports...!
Thoughts....!
