An all action game, kicking up the hill on a slippy pitch and a set of homer officials. A great penalty save from Ash again, what a start he's having, a crazy red card. I think for the first goal we had 2 or 3 opportunities to clear, I believe kicking down the hill is always worth a goal but when the 2nd goal went in I felt that was our lot and went looking for a cuppa, the t bar was shut and I missed Griggs 1st goal Rolling Eyes
That goal and the subs started a cracking comeback, Jonnys header to even it and how Turner loved that winner, like watching that Giggs FA Cup goal celebration.
Three debuts, McLeod, seemed alright looked a bit short on match fitness, Greco did well, put himself about a bit and found a lot of space in the first half, Page only got a few mins. Ben B on his return put in a strong tackle early on and had at least six headers before halftime, he's pushing hard.
After his 61st minute goal Griggs seemed to raise his game, was that a defining moment I missed:?:  I feel he is now match fit and ready to fill his boots.
Better teams than us will get turned over down in Fleet, however you look at it, that was a great away win.
Well done fellas cheers

Pretty much it DB, I think the subs were the turning point and the goal gave belief the game could be won. Fleet must have had a big stewards inquiry into how the game was lost
