I am expecting a load of names being announced soon that have signed for us, and hopefully Ty Deacon will be among them. I hope that he will take the challenge with us rather than the easy option with the nomads.

I'd love Ty to stay I think with Davis he would learn a lot and as we have seen with Charlie Hawtin Davis is laways talking to his contacts to get these players playing at a higher level rather than holding them back.

Just think that jumping ship to nomads will be the easy option if he is wanting a game every week

If players are good enough, then they will play.

Totally agree with that.

If a player is sitting on the bench, and maybe not getting as much game-time as he wants, he needs to ask himself....

Am I working hard enough?
Am I turning up for training?
Am I consistent?
Am I being a team player?
Am I progressing as well as I could be?
Am I better than the player who's in my position?
Am I giving 100% every time I play?

If they can honestly answer 'yes' to all of those, then sure, maybe they could look elsewhere for more game-time, BUT, if they honestly answer 'no' to even just one of them, there's your answer, mate.

Going to be tough for Ty, Brian is very experienced and there's talking other striking options signing.

He has done the right thing. He will learn under Davis and Brian

Yes Jools I was watching the other striking option on Saturday, a wealth of experience under his belt.
