Few silly tackles but good to see team up for it. Kieron again played well. Monty was everywhere. Couple of decent lay offs from Ty.

Looking good for start of season.

Agreed Jools a feisty friendly - good for both sides, very competitive! Monty was immense and Kieron's finish was superb! Major positive for me is Anthony Ball at Right Back, so steady and getting better each game

First game I've seen since April, thought we were worse than s**t against a Berko.reserve team.

Creativity was next to nothing today..16 year old gk in goal and we only scored 2! First goal was a defection and 2nd would have been mopped up by an experienced gk..For me we lack goals in the side going by today's squad..hope I am wrong.

Very poor game compared to how we performed against Staines.

Painful to watch at times, against a hastily thrown together Berko. In fact, the game was in danger of being called off as Steve Bateman didn't even have a full squad yesterday.

I know the old chestnut of 'It's only a pre-season friendly', but we still had to fork out £6 to get in.

Hopefully, the sharpness and quality will be back on Tuesday night against the tougher prospect of King's Langley.
I'm sure Davis has got his starting XI for the season pretty much sorted in his mind by now.

The new season is so close now, you can almost taste it! cheers cheers cheers

With what I saw I  thought Colin did very well, good luck to him.
I think Steve B will be the most pleased.

With hindsight I may have been a little hasty in my judgement, but when I've had a drink and the team play s**t I struggle to contain myself, sorry about that folks  Embarassed
To be truthful I thought the team would to be further on than they are, I was really expecting to be watching the line up and tactics for the opening league game yesterday, I wouldn't have come if I'd known.  cheers
