AFC Hayes match - is OFF!

provided the match is 'on', this game is definatly for the taking.

hayes have only managed 2 clean sheets this season (i know we can hardly talk in that department) but it means if we push them we can score.

plus they are also not on any type of a winning run. draws wins and loses here and there. whereas i feel a positivity about us at moment, and i feel a good run of form coming on.


COME ON YOU MOLES!!! a good effort and we can win this.



and besides if things are not going well, im sure we can bribe their keeper to let a few in in the second half   

Personally I think the rain tonight will kill any chance of match on tomorrow', when u see big clubs like charlton cancelling matches today don't really give us much chance ,

But on the miracle chance we do play tomorrow I agree Afc Hayes are certainly there for the taking tomorrow , if we play like we have done in recent weeks preety sure 3 points are in the bag

Will and I have approached several players personally (well annoyed them on Twitter to be honest) and they assure us they are well up for the rest of the season. On that basis and weather permitting, all I can see tomorrow is 3 points

been down the club this afternoon to see if it was worth getting bread rolls out of the freezer. The water was up to the goal posts,it does not look good for tomorrow

Really can't see match being on either..would say quarter of pitch covered by water...plus prospect of rain over night..No go..match will be off by 9.15

Looking at weather coach I'd say might not see hardly any games in january, there saying this rain going to keep up for at least another 2,3 weeks , not only non league affected also affecting the football league clubs so shows that we don't really stand a chance ,just be a few more Tuesday night matches I'm afraid

Im going to derby away tomorrow with chelsea and almost wish that would be postponed too. New city for me, so a new pub crawl and new set of idiots to welcome us at the station. But the weather is going to be grim that its probably going to dampen the fun before and after.

I lived in derby for 3 years for my undergrad. Ground is not too far from station so should be safe from DLF firm lol. Go into town and there are some cracking pubs. Best is theBlessington Carriage

cheers jools i'll look up that pub. we're getting there early, before 11, so intend to do a short crawl through the town centre before heading back to the sation pubs to scout out where the rest of the chelsea fans will end up.

theres somewhere called the brewery tap that im interested in, looks like a nice few olde worlde pubs in the centre too.

did you ever see where away fans tended to end up on match days?

Dont know that one, there is a nice little boozer jut by the rail station called the Brunswick. Full of weirdy beardy real ale types and if the barman calls you 'Duck', it's a term of friendship and not a come on.

Derby is a great ground to go to! Been their many times! Always sold out week in week out, great atmosphere when I've been and that's for championship games. Will be a good game to see wend over scott. Was hoping to go with my uncle but didn't get tickets
