Potters Bar Tonight

cant make it tonight, prior arrangements, but im gutted as i just had a look at the league and i hadnt realised how big tonights game actually is, a victory tonight will see us just leap frog Potters Bar and potentiallly jump an extra 2 or 3 places up the league aswell (depending on marlows result tonight).

plus if the D*cks really have run out of steam and continue their bad run of form, and we keep on going, we'll be snapping at their heels in a couple of games time! now there is a genuine incentive for the team for remainder of the season. we've done the double on them, now lets finish above them!

COME ON YOU MOLES lets keep it going!!!

elsewhere in the league there's and exciting looking playoff battle tonight. Slough away to barton, neither team can afford to slip up especially with kettering breathing down the play off positions necks!

Great win for us tonight! And hopefully will give us the confidence to get a cheeky away win against a very strong team! Can't wait for Kettering!

I thought that Potters Bar were a decent side, hit the post and the bar and had a penalty claim waved away. Was a goal of real class by Gareth. Felt Sweeney looked good and Sonner could have had a little more luck especially with a dozy lineman not concentrating on keeping up with play. Overall I Thought we looked weary but even with fatigue and several men out, we grinded out a result.

After tonight I'm really excited for Saturday. Think it will be interesting to chart our recent progress against another side looking to grab a play off spot.

A good result, Potters Bar may feel they were a bit unlucky not to get something out of the game, thanks Jools, I was beginning to think I had an eyesight problem   Really didn't think Sonner was offside that many times in the second half.
