No match report for Colney game

Hi all, how come no report from this game on our site, does anybody know if the local paper has recieved a copy before they stop recieving them at noon today, for entry on Wednesdays issue. We wont be in a position to have a rant at them if we have not sent one yet, and of course loose the publicity we are trying to generate, see ya down there Bas.

Aylesbury Football Club stunned promotion rivals Colney Heath with an emphatic 4-0 win on Saturday.
Top scorer Craig Henney scored a hatrick whilst new signing Ross Lafayette also added to the thumping away win.

The result is a massive boost to Mark Eaton's team as they look to win promotion from the SML Midlands Premier by clinching top spot.

Aylesbury now sit only two points behind league leaders Colney, but with two games in hand.

Meanwhile, Aylesbury United's woeful season continued as they were thrashed 6-1 at Woodford United.

The Ducks are now eight points adrift from safety as they battle against relegation.
