Harefield 0 - Aylesbury 3
This was probably the best team that Aylesbury have come across so far, with the two giant centrebacks of Harefield dwarfing the Aylesbury frontline of Faulkner and Henney. Brennan played in midfield alongside the tough tackling Butler.
The first half was well contested, with the home team missing a good opportunity, and both Faulkner and Brennan going close.
Aylesbury started the second half brightly, and within four minutes took the lead through good link up work down the right culminating in a Henney cross met by the head of the impressive and pacey Schmidt 8 yards out.
There was more to come as Henney burst into the penalty area, and slid the ball under the advancing keeper to make it 2 - 0 on 59 minutes, and 6 minutes later Henney again found the net with a well placed shot from 10 yards out. Kilmartin replaced Boyce, and Maynard, who has been out due to long term injury, came on for Faulkner
Henney was replaced by a lively Graham who was unfortunate not to score in the last 20 minutes.
Booked: Maynard, Butler
