Evening All,

Who's coming down to cheer the lads on? Solid performance on Saturday which we need to carry over into tomorrows game.

Don't forget, you can still sponsor a player! Many are still available, just shout me or Mike and we can let you know!

As odd as it sounds, out of the months remaining fixtures I think NGU will be the toughest, I'm not saying they are a top team ( I expect them to finish bottom six) but with draws against Uxbridge and Bedford and only beaten by Northwood 1-0 they seem to have started quite well.
Have we one or two players that might be a doubt for tomorrow ?

NGU should have wrapped that up and they had a couple of golden chances but more fool them and a cracking end to the game once again with great subs by SB saw a comfortable win. Really pleased. Been a fab week for both FC and City and seen every game, every goal.

I'm not so sure they should have wrapped the game up Jools, but they did have a couple of good chances, I'm sure they will soon be winning a few games, that was the 2nd scorching fk that lad scored against us, he hit one same end last season too.
That last 15/20 mins I thought we were on fire and could have had another 2 or 3, their keeper played well.
Up to 2nd and we aren't at our best yet, a few more weeks like this and I'll be starting my champions elect campaign before October Laughing
I'm loving your camera Ryan cheers

I was thinking about the Prosper clearance and then the point blank header.

I do get what your saying Jools, we are a bit sloppy at the back,  but on that basis Lynton & Gareth really should have scored at least 1 each and Jammas could have been on a hatrick, thought we had many more chances than them.
If ifs and buts were apples and nuts many a poor beggar would fill his guts Wink
While I'm not a fan (at the moment), I thought TD had a good 1st half.

I really enjoyed last night, it was great to be back.

I feel we had a couple of spells that we could have scored a few (specifically the opening 15 and closing 10 mins), but equally whilst it was 1-1 there was a patch in the second half when I thought NGU were going to grab a second one. an exciting game, played with a lot of fight.

worth mentioning that their free kick to go one up was incredible - a proper rocket.

big Tel, price, Dobson, jammers and Jamie Rudd all were particularly good last night.

been impressed with Gareth's work rate so far, he's back in defence when needed and still up front really working the opposition defence.

roll on Saturday, we looked good and hopefully we can continue the momentum cheers

We have 9 points out of a possible 12, and lets be honest...we aren't even playing to our potential yet!

NGU will surprise a few this year, good attitude and wow can that boy hit a ball!
