Arlesey Town 4 - 0 Aylesbury

I wasn't at the match but was this simply a case of being beaten by a superior team?

To lose 4-0 after two pretty close games against Arlesey a few weeks ago, that's disgraceful!

Can't believe Felix got sent off either, he's a good lad.

Aylesbury had not had a game in 2 weeks and it showed today. Arlesey deserved to win the game. Felix's sending off was justified, but there was absolutely no malice in the tackle, he went for the ball and the Arlesey player landed on top of it and got in the way of Felix's foot. It was a disappointing result, but a bit of a reality check and hopefully a wake up call for the team. The few players that played well deserve a pat on the back for their efforts but unfortunately the majority of the team put in a lacklustre performance, which had a knock on effect for those that were trying. Maybe a case of too many beers last night for some!
