I see the statement on our web site has stirred the Nomads up again.

Why cant they get it into their thick heads that we own the ground, we have a lease,
I notice Reed didn't show any of them this fictitious agreement. That would have shown him for what he is.

Why cant they see that our chairman wanted to buy the club to save their history and save their club. He would not buy the club to throw it away, it doesn't make sense. Even a six year old can see that.
The only Person that has said he wanted to throw it away was Reed. Not one other person has said it.
Every time Reed opens his mouth, another lie comes out.
Why cant they realise the man cant help lying.
He will kill their club with lies.

They say they don't want a merger, that's because they have never been told the truth.

Can't be both! It's either owned or leased!

Makes perfect sense actually. With no United in the way anymore, the assumption would be that the fanbase of the Nomads would naturally adopt AFC as their chosen club. Which would be a considerable increase on the gate figures. Does that make enough sense?

No it doesn't.
If he were to Kill united, the fan base would hate AFC and the opposite would happen.
On the other hand if he put the two clubs together keeping their history as was intended, then you would have a big club.

Nobody needs to kill aufc, they are managing it very well on their own,its quite clear to most people that they cannot sustain their current standard without a revenue producing ground, and appear to come up with saturday night 8 pints of lager ideas. They have very little to offer in what they could bring to the club other than their 50 loyal supporters(which will be under 20 at park football level). The town all pulling in the right way would the objective.AFC on the other hand are on the verge of big things.21CD buy out mr Weed before you read the next chapter of Gullibles travels.Im sure AFC could probably manage a tribute wall in the clubhouse, a duck instead of the swan & possibly a green back to the shirt & obviously a mention in the history, but what else could they possibly hope for?

The meaning of the new AUFC statement

The committee and management of Aylesbury United FC would like to express their disappointment in the statement posted on Aylesbury FC's website today 7th December 2009.

THAT MEANS THEY DONT LIKE THE TRUTH.

Firstly, in hindsight, we must apologise to Aylesbury FC for using the word ‘Invoke’ in our report of the fans Forum. It probably sounded that we were ready to steamroll into Haywards Way. This was not the case and we apologise for this

IT MEANS THEY HAVE BEEN FOUND OUT AND CANT INVOKE ANYTHING.

The agreement referred to (copies of which we are in possession of and which were signed in 2006 by officials of Aylesbury United and Aylesbury Vale ) clearly demonstrated the desire of both clubs to support football in Aylesbury

SO NOW IT'S ONLY A COPY THAT WAS SIGNED 3 YEARS AGO, OF A DOCUMENT THAT DEMONSTRATED THE DESIRE TO SUPPORT FOOTBALL.

We believe in Aylesbury Fc's right to exist as a club in their own right and have not in any way tried to stop them achieving their goals.

WOW THAT WAS A CLOSE ONE,

As was outlined at the Fans Forum, our proposals for a new stadium in Aylesbury includes Aylesbury FC using the facility as part of a community based sporting centre. We would not presume to force them into a merger

I DONT REMEMBER AYLESBURY FC BEING MENTIONED IN THEIR FORUM AS TO USING THE FACILITY AND I DONT REMEMBER THEM ASKING FOR A MERGER.
